Her experience is vast as a developer and project manager for all stages of projects including acquisitions-planning-permitting-re-zoning-sub-division-budgeting -plan development -contract negotiations-construction draws-purchasing and (RFP’s) request for proposals.
David Fish

Since 1990, David has been working in the areas of real estate accounting, research, development and land acquisition. A graduate of California State University Northridge in Business Administration—Management Information Systems, he has also worked independently in computer consulting and internet startup companies. In his current position, with Grand Development LLC, he applies his expertise in information systems and data research to the company’s land acquisition and development projects.
Christian S Perry

Christian has over 14 years experience in real estate construction. He brings his vast and speedy experience building residential homes all over Southern California. As a Master’s graduate of New York Institute of Technology, Christian has learned the tools to navigate a complex and budget driven environment. His versatile ability from drafting Autocad to utilizing his bi-lingual skills on the job-site has provided value with all projects.
